The purpose of this course is to help adults to learn evidence-base strategies on how to manage and deal with their anger. If approved by the court, and or legal requirements, or employer obligation, this program can be used to meet requirements for anger management class.  This course is individualized to both men and women. Participants in this course understand how to recognize triggers and how best to react to take control of their emotions before becoming reactionary to them. Healthy techniques for handling frustration and anger are learned. A comprehensive long-term plan is developed for each participant in the training program.​
